Melissa McCarthy is an actress, producer and singer. She has appeared in such movies as "Pitch Black" and "The Perfect Score". Melissa's parents were both overweight, so she knew from a very young age that being overweight was not healthy. Melissa began to lose weight in her teen years, but did not like the way it affected her body. She also did not like the fact that she felt like she was being judged.
Melissa began to diet when she was a teenager and continued on the weight loss journey as an adult. She was married by the time she was twenty. Her love for music kept her busy as an actress, producer and singer. She was trying to get her acting career going when disaster struck. She had to quit the movie production company she was working with because of all the rumors and gossip that were swirling around.
After receiving her first doctor's note about her being overweight, Melissa decided to take matters into her own hands. She took some time off from work and took a trip down to Mexico to try and lose weight there. During this time, Melissa met and fell in love with writer and director Michael Connelly. She decided to write him a letter telling him how she was feeling about being in the spotlight, and he wrote back to her, "You're beautiful!"
Melissa went back to her weight-loss plan and focused on staying committed to the plan. She started by doing the right things that would build self-esteem and keep her from doubting her ability to do what is needed to succeed. She worked on her cardio and did squats and lunges. She also did a lot of sit ups and push-ups because she noticed that these types of exercises were keeping her energy levels up. When it came to her diet, she decided to add more protein to her meal plan. She found that eating fish and chicken was really helping to keep her energy levels high.
The combination of a good diet and exercise kept Melissa at a proper weight. She had no problems getting through each day of the week and had no cravings for food. It was as if every time she ate, her energy level would increase and she would burn calories long after she had completed her meal. Her body was running efficiently, so she didn't have to worry about using the strafe weight loss aid.
The supplement was great too. She had taken it for the headaches and bloating but now she has added muscle to her body. The bloating has decreased and she really loves the taste of grilled chicken. Her favorite thing to cook is rice so her energy level is up and she isn't as hungry as before because she is enjoying the food she is cooking.
Melissa's workout plan also included doing compound exercises with her Smith machine. This means that Melissa would be performing the same exercises that you would see Smith machines doing in the gym. She was doing leg lifts, seated rows, bent over rows, and standing dumbbell presses. All of these exercises build strength and can help you get rid of the fat that is covering up your stomach and giving you a flatter, sexier, and toned body.
At the end of her diet and workout plan, Melissa started to notice an increase in her energy levels. She was able to move around more because she didn't feel as bogged down as she usually felt when she went to the gym. Now that she knew that she was working out her metabolism and strengthening her muscles, she knew that she could stop binge eating and keep her energy levels up. Now that she is finishing her Atrafen weight loss aid program, she will have a great chance to continue to eat healthy and stay strong. She is ready to face her future and look forward to putting on those sexy clothes again.
